🔍 Finding documents made easier
Look up documents and uploads based on entities found on a document or entity values. Need that specific document with a PO number, invoice number, customer details or any other entities? Just select your entity or fill in the text you want to look for, and we'll find the uploads and documents you're looking for.
🌐 New standard enrichment: Invoice & credit note recognition
Recognizing invoice and credit note documents has been made easier. Configure the standard enrichment effortlessly, no more custom development or complex configuration is needed.
🎨 Improved user experience & other changes
Validation panel states: The state of the panels in the validation screen will now be saved across sessions. Close the panels you're not interested in, and enjoy a clutter-free workspace, focusing on what matters most to you.
Empty values for enrichments: You asked, and we listened! You can allow enrichments to have empty values. No more deleting enrichments or filling in unnecessary details.
Extra operator for business rules: We introduced the "does not contain" operator in the business rules to help you configure them just as you would like them.
Duplicate detection link: We now provide a link to the upload when a duplicate is detected using business rules.
Extra instructions for annotationless models: You can now provide extra general instructions allowing you to tailor your instructions more flexibly for improved model performance.
Composites & enrichments in table format [🏭 Stable]: The table view feature is now a standard feature of Metamaze. Easily view line items and enrichments in a tabular format. Customize column order and choose entities for a personalized experience.
Project-specific IP whitelisting [👁️ Preview]: IP whitelisting is moving to preview. Restrict project access to designated IP addresses through project settings.
Duplicate email detection [👁️ Preview]: Duplicate email detection is moving to preview. Ignore redundant emails based on key details including subject line, sender's address, recipients' addresses, body content, and timestamp of sending.
